Island Fever 4 is a 3 disc set that brings the sickness for a fourth time, with even prettier visuals than the last outing. Personally I am happily Gonzo biased, so this type of beautified porn catches dust in my collection. However, I am a fan of this series. Go figure. What Island Fever 4 does is give you a great flick to pop in the player, and watch with a chick. Watching this brand of porn with your girlfriend shouldn't offend her as much as Gonzo would.
Before jumping into this I should note that the dialogue...is primarily replaced by music. Instead your senses get a workout, with music that accompanies gorgeous scenery. If you don't know where Bora Bora is, then prepare to have a replacement for that trip to Vegas you've been planning.
